AVIC (HAINAN) SPECIAL GLASS MATERIALS CO., LTD. is a subsidiary of China National Aviation Sanxin which was established in December 26, 2008 and is location at Old Town Economic Development Zone Hainan. Its production base covers a total area of 427,000 square meters.
By introducing in American Company PPG's world-class glass making technology, the company has transformed two high-tech glass production lines and built another two new lines. The first line mainly produces 1.6mm, 1.8mm, 2mm, 2.1mm, 2.3mm, 2.5mm, 2.7mm, 2.8mm, 3mm, 3.2mm, 3.5mm, 4mm & 5mm automotive glass and electronic glass; the second line produces ultra clear float glass and on-line TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxide) Glass and on-line Low-E glass; the third line adopts full-oxygen burning technology to produce on-line Low-E glass; the fourth line mainly produces high strength aviation glass.

The first line mainly produces 1.6mm, 1.8mm, 2mm, 2.1mm, 2.3mm, 2.5mm, 2.7mm, 2.8mm, 3mm, 3.2mm & 3.5mm clear and green automotive float glass and electronic glass substrate. The second line produces 2mm, 3.2mm & 4mm ultra clear float glass and online TCO (Transparent Conductive Oxide) Glass and ultra clear online Low-E glass. The third line adopts pure-oxygen combustion technology to produce clear online Low-E glass. The fourth line mainly produces high strength aviation glass and clear automotive float glass and electronic glass substrate.
